Crestron’s impressive stand at ISE 2018 hosted a record number of guests this year, with 16,625 ISE delegates and visitors taking advantage of the array of product demonstrations highlighting the company’s new ready-to-deploy meeting spaces that make it easy to deliver consistent meeting, presentation, and conferencing experiences on a large scale.

Demonstrations that received the most attention included:

DM® NVX, the only network AV solution and the new DM XiO™ Director, which provides browser-based monitoring, management, and control of DM NVX endpoints.

Crestron Mercury® – the only open UC solution and XiO Cloud, the complete cloud-based provisioning and management platform. Crestron Audio Solutions, including new network audio and cloud-based provisioning. AirMedia® 2.0, the fastest, easiest, most manageable and secure wireless presentation technology, built into Crestron room solutions. All-new FlipTops™ featuring a dashboard forward design for easier access to cables and connectors and one-touch cable and compartment door retraction and Crestron AirBoard™, which enables viewing of electronic whiteboard content on any display device

MPC 3-Series, the first wall mount presentation controllers with an integrated control system and capacitive touch. Accessories included HR-310 and TSR-310 handheld remotes and Horizon™ keypads and Crestron Pyng®, now with support for integration of video control and all the benefits of DigitalMedia™.

Crestron scooped an impressive 11 awards during ISE, including an array of Best of Show Awards as well as recognition at the InAVation Awards in the category of Technology for Collaboration and Conferencing.

Rupert Denoon of Crestron South Africa chatted with Pro-Systems Africa News at ISE in Amsterdam and shared with us his insights about Crestron’s offerings for the South African market. “We are excited about technology such as Freeform Space, which allows an array of diverse areas, such as coffee rooms or reception areas, to be transformed into meeting spaces as well as the DigitalMedia NVX Series,” he states.
