Show organisers have promised a spectacular experience at the 2019 edition of Guangzhou Entertainment Technology Show (GETShow) – one of the largest industry events for the professional audiovisual industry in Guangzhou, China to be held from 8 to 11 May.

GETShow offers new experiences for delegates

According to GETShow organisers, there has been a significant increase in demand for professional lighting solutions from the tourism sector, driven by what is being termed “the night economy.” In response to this emerging trend, GETShow will be presenting a dedicated platform to discuss factors affecting this sector, called the “New Entertainment, New Tourism – Guangzhou (International) Night Tour Innovation Development Forum 2019 on 7 May. Several speakers from both the government and private sectors will be presenting at this influential event.

GETShow delivers on entertainment

GETShow has partners with a number of leading manufacturers of professional lighting technology to deliver a truly breath-taking lightshow at the tradeshow. According to event organisers – the show will be held in a 1,000-seater venue and will use a rig that comprises no less than 1,000 fixtures.

GETShow creates a platform for business

GETShow aims to create a platform for business leaders and decision makers in the professional AV market to network and develop the partnerships that assist in pushing the industry forward. More than 1,000 delegates from all over the world will be descending on Gaungzhou, China to cement new relationships and broker new deals at GETShow 2019. According to GETShow, more than 126 countries will be represented this year, demonstrating an increasing international footprint.

The Audio-Video Lighting Industry Alliiance Summit will be held concurrentlky with this years’ GETShow. Experts, manufacturers and contractors will gather to discuss trends in technology, standards and new technology at the event. In addition, GETShow promises to create training opportunities in Dante technology, among others.
