Kramer Electronics has announced that as of September 1, 2017, Kramer’s Brazilian
office will be re-established as an independent company under the name Lecran.
“As a global enterprise with more than 25 offices around the world, it is crucial to
understand each country’s local needs,” said Samuel Bonomo, VP Sales at Kramer. “We
decided to transition operations from Kramer Brazil to Lecran to better serve the
Brazilian market and as part of a larger strategic shift,’ he added.
Lecran will be led by Marcel Briant who will transition from his current position as
country manager of Kramer Brazil to CEO and founder of Lecran. Current Kramer Brazil
employees will also transition to the new company and maintain business continuity with
existing Kramer customers.
“The team and I are excited to begin our new adventure as Kramer’s exclusive
distributor in Brazil,” said Marcel Briant, future CEO & Founder of Lecran. “This transition
will enable us to better address our customers’ needs – from sales activities and local
inventory management to technical support,’ he added.
