If you attended this year’s Prolight+Sound / Musikmesse Convention, you would know
that Mackie and Ampeg showcased their latest in Hall 3.1, at Stand H50.
Mackie showcased the latest in live sound technology, the Dante-enabled
Mackie AXIS Digital Mixing System, featuring the DL32R 32-channel rackmount mixer
with iPad control and the DC16 control surface. Also on display were Mackie’s new
XR-Series studio monitors, and the new Big Knob family of studio monitor controllers.
Ampeg showed their full line of bass pedals, delivering classic Ampeg tone in a
powerful, portable package, including the acclaimed SCR-DI, as well as the all new
Classic Bass Preamp and Scrambler Bass Overdrive.
