Italian manufacturer Clay Paky is getting ready for a new phase in its history. Pasquale Quadri, founder and current president, has signed an agreement for the acquisition of the company by Osram, one of two leading light manufacturers in the world.
Clay Paky will continue to operate from its production and administrative head office in Bergamo. The acquisition is subject to approval by the relevant antitrust authorities.
