Powersoft is continuing to expand its management infrastructure in line with its
substantial year-on-year growth in turnover. The latest high-level recruit is Fabrizio
Romano Bolzoni, who takes on the new role of Sales Manager, Rack Amps.

Fabrizio has spent the last 15 years in the Sales & Marketing departments of various
multinational companies operating in different industries: these range from ICT to
white goods, from fitness industry to automotive.

“My task has always been to develop multi-channel sales in international markets
and I am looking forward to facing the same challenges at Powersoft, where I will
be responsible for the Rack Amps sales and coordination of the field force covering
the global market,’ he says.

In particular Fabrizio will focus on ensuring that targets are met by placing
particular attention on the dealer network development and customer satisfaction.
“Having worked in different industries I hope to bring a new perspective to the
company and both sustain and increase the fantastic growth that Powersoft
continues to experience.’

Powersoft Sales and Marketing Director, Luca Giorgi, emphasises that this
accelerated momentum today sees the company increasing year-on-year business
by more than 35%. “This is a huge achievement in terms of turnover, confirming
the uniqueness of our products, and the high value with which our brand is
perceived,’ he states.

organisation, in terms of both people and processes. Fabrizio is the perfect fit in
terms of experience. He will also integrate perfectly with the existing sales team
