Shure EMEA is proud to announce the official opening of a regional Shure office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The new Shure MEA (Middle East & Africa) office will be opening on May 1st, 2014.
Led by Freddy Sicko, who has long been involved in sales and management in the EMEA region from Shure’s offices in Germany and has now been promoted to the role of General Manager Shure MEA, the new Shure office will be responsible for management of the Shure distribution centres in the region, as well as providing application support, training and seminars for the complete Shure and DIS product portfolio across the Middle East and Africa.
Freddy’s team will also include:
• Jan Villumsen, System Business Manager. Jan has been working with the DIS brand for almost 18 years and in the DIS Middle East office in Dubai for over 12 years, and will now be responsible for identifying, evaluating and prioritising market leads and new business opportunities within the system and project sales markets.
• Chicco Hiranandani, Senior Manager. Chicco has worked for NMK, Shure’s distributor in Dubai, for 10 years, and has detailed product knowledge as well as great regional market experience.
• Remina Santos Castro, Customer Service & Support. Remina has also worked at the former DIS Middle East office for over 10 years, and will handle customer service and support as well as managing the office for Freddy’s team.
