For the very first time, d&b are heading to NAMM at the Anaheim Convention Center in California. The trade show, spanning January 25 through 28, promotes the benefits of making music and offers the latest technology in music and sound products on display for more than 90,000 visitors.
This year’s theme for the show, “Believe in Music’, makes NAMM the perfect place to preview the d&b Soundscape and the DS100 signal engine. These two innovations from d&b allow for a completely new auditory experience that bridges the gap between the physics of loudspeaker system design and the creation of artistic material – an experience you must hear to believe.
d&b will be running multiple demo sessions each day of the show at room 18820, offering visitors the chance to hear how d&b Soundscape and the DS100 signal engine perform. Guests will have the opportunity to experience listening that is no longer defined by physics alone, but by the unlimited power of the imagination. Demonstrations take place every other hour beginning at 10:00 am on Thursday and Saturday, and beginning at 11:00 am Friday and Sunday; this is a unique opportunity for those who are interested in gaining a first-hand experience of the upcoming d&b releases.
It’s not only the d&b Soundscape that will be under the spotlight at the show. There will be several other d&b products on hand, from the comprehensive Y-Series created for small to midsized applications to the d&b V7P point source loudspeaker and accessories. There will also be an opportunity to explore the d&b Workflow designed to improve efficiency from the start of a project right through to the final result.
