Academy of Sound Engineering in Johannesburg is proud to be in the final stages of building a brand new studio training complex which will add to its current facilities in the SABC, Auckland Park.
The building will have a 64 seater film mixing theatre, an orchestral studio and two other state of the art recording studios.
In particular, the complex will have South Africa’s ONLY purpose built, non-retrofitted 5.1 surround mix studios.
The complex has been built with the most modern acoustic treatments available, making it one of the finest recording studio training complexes in the world.
Completion Date – January 2014.
