NEC Display Solutions Europe has updated three models in its MultiSync TM Series multi-touch display range that supports up to five touch points including gesture control for Windows 7 and 8.

The company says the functionality allows for quick, accurate finger swipes and brush strokes so users can zoom, flick and rotate objects. These features, together with improved LED backlight, reduced power consumption and operating costs, make them suitable for interactive applications across the corporate, education, retail, as well as leisure and museums sectors.

The series comprises a 65′ display – the MultiSync V652 – aimed at interactive whiteboard installations, and the MultiSync V423-TM & V463-TM which are 42′ and 46′ respectively.
